[뉴질랜드 나라 요약]

뉴질랜드 는 약 500 만의 인구가 있는 나라로 낭농업이 가장 발달됀 나라로 소와 양이 뉴질랜드 인구 보다 더 많고 치즈, 우유, 와인, 마누카 허니, 건강식품이 발달된 나라 입니다. 뉴질랜드는 북섬과, 남섬으로 이루어져 있습니다. 북섬에서 가장 큰 도시는 웰링턴 (Wellington) 과 오클랜드(Auckland)입니다. 웰링턴 이 뉴질랜드 수도 이지만 오클랜드가 뉴질랜드에서 가장 큰 도시 입니다. 남섬에서의 가장 큰 도시는 크라이스쳐치(Christchurch) 입니다.

There are 52 confirmed with 30 probable cases of Covid-19, Director-General of Health Ashley Bloomfield says. That brings the total number of confirmed and probable cases in New Zealand to 950.

현재 4월4일 뉴질랜드는 52 확진자가 있고 그 안에서 30명의 예상가능 확진자가 있습니다. 모든 합치면  950 명 가량의 확진자가 있다고 볼수있습니다.  

Director-General of Health Ashley Bloomfield was optimistic about the numbers. "It may well be its peaking now because we're seeing it flattening off." Over the past week, the number of new Covid-19 cases has been levelling out. "What we have seen over the last four or five days is effectively a flattening off of the number of new cases, including over the last two or three days with that much higher level of testing," Bloomfield said.

뉴질랜드 보건당국 의하면 코로나 바이러스가 뉴질랜드에서 코로나 19 바이러스로 방역에 문제가 없다고 발표한바 있습니다. 지금 현재 뉴질랜드 확진자 수가 4-5일 수치를 보면 더 철저한 관리/방역하며 확진자 수가 안정되고 있는것으로 확인됩니다.

But he added he would need to see that trend continue for two or three more days before he knew for sure whether there had been a flattening off. As he waits to observe the new case numbers, Director of Public Health Caroline McElnay says she will be keeping a close eye on advice from the World Health Organisation (WHO) about face masks.

 그러나 그는 성급하게 호전상황이라고 말할 수 없으며, 상황을 2-3일 정도 더 상황을 지켜봐야 하다고 말했습니다. 케롤린 뉴질랜드 보건당국 책임자에 의하면 마스크를 써야할지 World Health Organization (WHO) 의 안내를 예의주시하겠다고 말했습니다.

That advice will confirm whether or not everyone in New Zealand should be wearing face masks when out in public, to limit the spread of Covid-19. According to Ministry of Health advice, people can have the disease but not be showing symptoms

WHO 에서 권고에 따르면 밖에서 활동 할 때에는 마스크를 쓰라고 권고를 할 수도 있습니다. 

New Zealanders should know this week whether they will be kept in lockdown for longer than four weeks as Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern and her cabinet ministers are set to receive fresh advice. The tough Covid-19 lockdown measures were brought in at midnight March 26, meaning all New Zealanders were required to self-isolate in their homes.

현재 뉴질랜드는 3월 26일 12am 부터 사람들이 4주 동안 집에서 철저한 격리가 시작 되었습니다. 그러는 동안 총리 자신다 (Jacinda)가 집에서 격리를 더 추가 할 수도 있다고 정부 관료들과 회의를 하고 있습니다.

What you can't do

• If they don't live in your household, you can not visit or socialise with others outside your household - even elderly family members.

• Go out on the water. That includes fishing, surfing, boating, kayaking. Anyone who does could need rescuing, putting themselves, Coastguard volunteers and staff and health professionals in harm's way.

• Share custody of children if the parents or caregivers live in separate towns/cities.

• Go hunting. You might think you're safe and well away from other people but should you get lost, injured or need other help, you put search and rescue teams at risk and could burden health and emergency service resources.

• Use public playground equipment. Councils' playgrounds in parks, reserves and recreational areas have closed.

고기잡이, 썰핑, 보트타기, 카약등등 금지

부모님들이나 아이들 돌보는 사람들 같이 아는 사람들이 아이들은 서로 돌아 가면서 돌봐야 한다.

사냥은 금지. 다른 공무원들이 위험에 노출 될 수 있음이 이유다.

정부에서 허가한 놀이터는 사용가능하지만 그 외에 사람들이 많은 놀이터는 사용 금지.  

What are essential businesses?

Businesses that are essential to the necessities of life, and those that support them. This means food, medicine, healthcare, energy, fuel, waste-removal, internet and financial support.

그러나, 인터넷, 병원, 주유소 등등 삶에 필요한 기초적인 것들은 사용 가능합니다..

What businesses can remain open during lockdown?

• Dairies, with a one-in-one-out rule. They cannot sell cooked food.

• Meals-on-wheels and whole-food delivery (eg subscription food boxes).

• Self-service laundries, with 2m physical distancing to be enforced.

• Bunnings, Placemakers, Mitre 10 and other retailers essential to the supply chain for building and construction can stay open to trade customers for essential purposes only.

동네 작은마트는 이용할 수 있다. 그러나 많은 사람이 한번에 들어 갈수 없고 한 사람씩 들어가고 나오는 시스템으로 운영하고 마트 내 조리된 음식을 구입이 불가능.

식사 배달 서비스는 가능.

빨래방은 이용 할 수 있고 2m 떨어져야 함.

Bunnings, Placemakers, Mitre10 등 물던 판매점은 운영을 하되, 비지니스 하는 사람만 사고 판매 할 수 있다.
